Milwaukee Art Museum

The Milwaukee Art Museum

The Milwaukee Art Museum is a large attraction to the Milwaukee area. Not to mention it's a beautiful sight to see. Located in Milwaukee Wisconsin this architecture from 2001 brings people to the area. The Art Museum consists of wings that open and close during the hours of operation. The wings take about 3.5 seconds to open and close, it might just take off and fly away!

This museum is open from 10am till 5pm most days and its the perfect place to spend your afternoon or morning exploring the history it has to offer. Plus, children under 12 get in for free, SCORE! Not only does the Art Museum draw people in due to the architecture, it also overlooks Lake Michigan, and the museum holds more than 30,000 pieces of art! What's also interesting is that the exhibitions on display change periodically, meaning you can stop by multiple times a year and see something new, how cool! If you're interested in spicing up how you see the museum there are also various events held to do this. From yoga to cafe events, or even a museum after dark (it's like your own version of Night At the Museum) there are so many things to offer at this beautiful, legendary museum.
