Six regional shopping
centers are located in the five-county metropolitan area - Bayshore,
Southridge, the Shops of Grand Avenue and Mayfair Mall
in Milwaukee County, Brookfield Square in Waukesha County and
Regency Mall in Racine County. Each mall has recently completed
or is undergoing significant renovations. Bayshore Town Center just
doubled its size to 1.2 million square feet and converted itself to
an open-air mall. Brookfield Square is adding a fourth anchor and a
35,000-square-foot expansion, Mayfair Mall recently added 100,000 square
feet.
