Vehicle Emission Tests
All
vehicles 1968 and newer (except diesel and electric) registered in the metropolitan
Milwaukee area must have a biennial emission inspection. The inspection is done
at one of 12 facilities in the area and must be completed to satisfy registration
requirements. To provide better service, each testing station has a telephone
number that provides callers with an estimate of the waiting time at the station.
